ESG and internal regulations and policies
Alongside traditional obligations to set up a company’ internal regulation and other internal policies, new obligations to regulate business have emerged in recent years. In these relatively new areas, practices and case law have yet to be created and particular attention should therefore be paid to the implementation of the various obligations.
Beyond binding normative frameworks, companies are also increasingly eager to develop programs that enable them to implement their ESG policies, particularly in the areas of diversity, inclusion and environment.
In this context, Workwise Avocats supports its clients in the following areas:
- implementation of internal regulations and internal policies (IT policies, right to disconnect policies, etc.);
- drafting of vigilance plans, codes of conduct and whistleblowing procedures;
- drafting of ESG programs;
- monitoring of social obligations towards contractors (subcontracting and services agreements) in the context of the fight against illicit work.
