A new employment law boutique has just opened at 91, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. Cleverly named Workwise Avocats, the firm’s originality lies in the highly international experience of its four founders.
Cécile Zoro, Philippe Cazello, Jocelyn Hagneau and Emmanuel Maudet all come from the Employment team at Clifford Chance’s Paris office. The lawyers assist companies of all sizes, both French and foreign, as well as investment funds and senior executives, with all their employment law issues, whether as advisers or litigators. In recent months, they have been involved in the agreements between TotalEnergies and Alimentation Couche-Tard with a view to a partnership in Belgium and Luxembourg and the sale of the TotalEnergies networks in Germany and the Netherlands, as well as the sale by Unilever of its Elida Beauty business to Yellow Wood Partners.
