ADMITTED TO THE PARIS BAR
PROFILE
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Jocelyn gained over thirteen years of labour law experience at a top-tier international business law firm. During this time, he managed cases in all areas of social law and contributed to complex multidisciplinary and transnational projects.
Jocelyn developed strong expertise in collective redundancies, particularly site closures, transnational restructuring activities, M&A operations, and business transfers.
He leverages his experience to assist clients with reviewing and implementing compensation systems—particularly for regulated populations—and internal policies and regulations, as well as handling labour criminal law cases, internal investigations, and ESG matters. Lastly, he regularly advises on negotiated departures of top executives and managers.
An amateur pastry chef, Jocelyn knows that while the basic rules must always be complied with when cooking, creativity knows no limits. Participating in multiple sports (CrossFit, running, cycling, tennis, etc.) inspires him to seize new challenges and continuously push his limits. Highly interested in new technologies, Jocelyn closely follows new developments in the tech field and has a particular interest in artificial intelligence tools, including in the legal sector.
