Philippe Cazello

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Philippe gained significant experience handling sensitive individual and collective labour disputes.

He developed expertise in managing restructuring projects and collective redundancies; and handled international projects, including implementing the European Works Council and transnational operations (cross-border mergers or transfers of activities).

He also supports his clients during the termination of employment relationships and negotiating exit terms for the company.

Philippe practiced for over thirteen years at Clifford Chance, where he was appointed Counsel in 2021.
Passionate about sciences and history, Philippe is also an expert in French music. When he’s not putting his assets to the service of his clients, Philippe plays his leading cards in long games of belote.
