Cécile Zoro

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Cécile acquired a solid experience in labour law while working for prestigious, international, and French law firms.

Cécile has expertise in supporting French and foreign groups in mergers, including cross-border mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, and social relations.

Cécile gained significant experience managing collective and individual labour relations, most notably when managing specific cases (executive officers, corporate agents, protected employees).

Passionate about running, especially trail running, Cécile regularly explores the rugged paths of her beloved Mercantour. She also enjoys exploring trails on Réunion Island and on various other mountain ranges across Europe. Cécile also tackles the less uneven (but equally demanding) field of golf courses and strives to improve her game.
